Christmas Express

This is my favorite time of the year. Even though it is grey and deary out the lights of Christmas brighten your world and your spirit. This is a picture of my daughter, Vicki's mantel last year.

The silly season is fast approaching !! and remember Christmas(not with that name) was a Pagan/Celtic mid-winter festival long before christians took the festival for their own.

@Anthony Lambert: Aww Anthony, what can I say except that He is my reason for the season. I truly did not mean to offend you or anyone else. Christmas is my favorite time of the year when our focus should be on what we can give to others and not what we can get. That's how I feel about it anyway.

I remember two young lads early Christmas morning,unwrapping their presents to the strains of Bing Crosby's White Christmas,the elder of the two,hands shaking so much with excitement that he could hardly get the wrapping paper off the presents...I'll leave you to guess who those lads were...Just a long ago memory that I hold close,and will never let go...Glad your back Pink Lady missed you. :>)
