A picture that I took this morning of my rodo that didn't turn out that well, but with a little bit of editing and framing it became a nice picture.
I am on holidays from August 17th until August 26th ....whee!! Although I will be home for the first few days, on the 21st we are heading to the States mainly to go to Tacoma Washington to attend the Gaither Gospel Homecoming Tour on Friday the 22nd. We are in for a real treat. We will also be tourists for a while and hopefully will come back with lots of good pictures. Anyhow, all of that to say I probably won't be visiting your wonderful sites for at least the 21st - 26th, but I promise I will catch up. I will prepost.
Lovely in color and presentation. Those water droplets are a fine finishing touch.

@Michael Skorulski: One of the nice things about living on the West Coast of British Columbia are out frequent rain falls which makes for a pretty nice picture if you photograph a bloom just after a rainfall.
great shot, beautiful VIOLET color and dew (bji kurd ) :)
