A lonely little columbine

I found this behind my neighbour's house. It is very apparent that once upon a time that the people that used to live there had many beautiful things planted on the hill side that has just been allowed to go to seed along with the blackberry bushes. I see that there are some iris planted there as well. They have yet to bloom.
