I planted poppies last fall and got but one bloom, this year it looks like I will get lots. What a shame that I have to leave them when I move. I wonder what this will look like when it opens in a few days.
Sorry that I have been so off and on again with my visits of late. We are still having snow storms and although we still haven't lost our power, we have lost our internet connection a few times which makes visiting a little difficult.

beautiful pre-birth photo Marion, wouldn't it be neat if the person who moved in, unbekownst to you had an Aminus3 account and would post the birth...that'd be cool wouldn't it? ;)

@Lorraine: I'll be here for another five or six weeks, so it will have bloomed by then. Will just have to plant a new garden in the new place.
Great macro!

@Anthony Lambert: Thanks Anthony. We are just downsizing and will be moving about 28 km (17 miles) out of town . No garden there to speak of, so will have to get busy and create one to give me more photo ops.
Great detail, well done.
