@Michael Skorulski: Thanks Michael. The flowers were so tiny that with the naked eye you couldn't make out the tiny red dots, yet with the camera they look like velvet.

@Judy: Thanks Judy, I snapped this picture at Marj's and because the flower was so small, didn't know what to expect. It was a nice surprise.

@amy: Thanks Amy. Thanks for welcoming me to Am3. I am enjoying it. IT HAS been a bad winter for Nanaimo. Have not seen the likes of it for a long time. We normally get one good beautiful dump of snow a winter, perhaps even two and then it is gone in a few days. This year, however, it has been not that nice. We are all complaining, but when you check out the weather in other parts of Canada, it's not so bad. Yes, keep in touch I would love to have a buddy to go shooting with. There are lots of amazing places on the Island.
